On June 10, 2026, at the invitation of relevant departments of Liaoning Province and Bohai University, the Foundation, together with Warsaw University of Life Sciences, traveled to Liaoning Province to attend the 2026 Liaoning International Friendship Cities Conference and related exchange activities. The mission aimed to deepen practical cooperation between Poland and China in higher education and scientific research, and to further consolidate the long-established academic partnership between the two sides.

Representatives of the Foundation joined the delegation to the conference. The event, attended by the Governor of Liaoning Province, brought together numerous domestic and international representatives from academic institutions, local governments, and business organizations. During the conference, Foundation representatives engaged in extensive exchanges with various parties on topics including international educational cooperation, youth talent cultivation, and industry-university-research collaborative development. The Foundation will continue to serve as a bridge, actively building platforms for communication between Polish and Chinese academic institutions, promoting more practical outcomes in education and scientific research, and injecting new vitality into bilateral relations.

Of particular note, Warsaw University of Life Sciences held a dedicated meeting with representatives of the Liaoning Provincial Department of Education. As the supervisory and coordinating authority for the cooperation between Warsaw University of Life Sciences and Bohai University, the Department places great importance on the partnership between the two universities. The discussions focused on further developing the academic partnership and exploring new opportunities to strengthen educational and scientific cooperation between Poland and China.
